look - up加名詞和代詞的區別

look up 是動詞和副詞構成的短語，意思是查找，是及物動詞短語，如果賓語是名詞可以放在其後，也可以放在他們中間，但是如果賓語是代詞，這個代詞就只能放在他們之間了。例如，When you meet soe new words，you can look them up in the dictionary.

When you meet a new word during reading ，you can look the word in a dictionary.

look up 後面加名詞，動名詞或者代詞的賓格。

代詞必須放在中間名詞可以放在中間，也可以放在後面look them uplook up these words

look up：

look up 譯為“查找、拜訪某人“等義，根據副詞”up“為”向上“之義，look up 也可譯為”向上看“

例：

(1). I always look up the words I don'know in the textbook.（用作”查找“之義時，後可直接跟賓語。）(2). We looked him up on saturday morning.
