可以 當後面的定語從句有多個時，後面的必須and +that 

and that 表示一種“承前啟後的”作用，意思“而且，並且”

如：

It seems to me now that he sighed&nbspand that I tittered to hide my embarrassment.在我現在看來，他那時似乎在歎氣，而我吃吃地笑是在隱藏我的尷尬。

The computer can even type letters you dictate to it， and that， in any language you choose.計算機甚至能把你口授給它的信件打出來，而且能用你所選擇

that 在這裏的用法是“用於強調先前表達過的詞或短語的意思”，其前的 and 用於承前啟後。and that 在此可翻譯成“而且”。
