second language和foreign language的區別

the first language就是母語，the second language 就是你有很多機會使用的語言，the foreign language一般來説，你只能在特定的環境下才能使用的語言.

例如，對印度人來説，英語是the second language，但是對中國人來説卻是the foreign language

second language是第二語言，foreign language是外語（非母語）.
