沒有比較級，是be的現在完成時，例如：

1、The present regime has been in power for two years.現政權已經執政兩年了。

2、There has been a lot of resistance to this new law.這項新的法規已經遇到很多的抵制。

3、Only time will tell if the treatment has been successful.只有時間才能證明這種療法是否成功。
