拉塞爾-威斯布魯克（英文名為Russell Westbrook，於1988年11月12日出生），家鄉位於美國加利福尼亞州。綽號：威少，司職控球后衞，現效力華盛頓奇才隊。威斯布魯克運動能力超強，爆發力驚人，擅長攻擊籃筐，被認為是NBA最全能的球員之一。
