all the people是單數還是複數

all the people是一個複數形式。它作主語的時候，謂語動詞應該用複數形式。例如，all the people are talking in the room.所有的人都在這個房間裏說話。

All the people in the class are from Chengdu.這個班的所有人都是來自成都的。

All the people are great.

all the  後面加可數名詞複數和不可數名詞（自然沒有單複數了），all

the+名詞單數的情況估計是集體名詞了，如people，class

例：All the people are hard

people做人民、人們講是集合名詞，本身就表示複數含義，不用加s，但是當複數處理：如：

There are many people on the Chinese people are diligent and le做民族講的時候是單數名詞，加s表示複數：A people is all the men， women， and children of a particular country or race.
