可以，關鍵看你著重講的是整個團隊還是每個個體如果看作是整個團隊，就用which著重強調個體，每個人，那就用who所以第一句其實就是每個人都穿綠衣服的隊的意思可以把which和who互換，比如可以說the team who are from the other city (注意be動詞，當指代每個人時就要用複數)但也有不可以換的時候，比如不可以說the team which was wearing green ，因為wear是隻有人才會做的動作，不會跟which連用，除非說the team which was green
