neither nor - 後面用are 還是is

Neither…nor…作主語的時候，謂語動詞使用什麼形式是由nor後的主語來決定的。

如：Neither Jack nor his parents are watching TV in the living room. Jack和他的父母都不在客廳看電視。由於nor後面的his parents是複數，所以用are。

但是如果改成Neither his parents nor Jack那麼就必須使用is。
